You can return items purchased in their original, unused condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.

    Cute and soft on the outside, no flexibility or elasticity to get your foot on the inside past the ankle part. Disappointed because I had my outfits picked out and ready.

    Nice Fluffy boots

    These are great they look like the picture and the fur is softt I did get a size up like the other reviews recommended and it fit perfectly like my normal size with some room for thicker or fluffy socks on couldn't do that if I'd ordered my regular size

    Deceiving.

    So based off their size chart, I ordered my usual size. It’s too tight. No big deal right? You’d think. I asked for an exchange and was denied. Told I had to rebuy the item and pay $10 for shipping to return it. Not worth my time or money re-ordering.

    Very comfortable and cozy I did not know the pom-poms can be removed but gotten a lot of compliments. They really look like the expensive brand.
